Remote unlocking, reset, reprogramming of DJI Mavic Pro (Platinum) BMS controller.

Battery not charging? Does not power-on?

Most probably it's blocked in Permanent Failure mode due to deep discharge after long storage.
It still could be recovered if LiPo cells not swelled and keep the minimal charge.
The job could be done remotely via TeamViewer session.
You should have basic electronics knowledge, some repairing skills and SMBUS adapters like CP2112, FX2LP or EV2300, EV2400. Any one is Ok.
Follow these steps to prepare the battery for unlocking.

1. Disassemble the case to gain access to cells interconnection board.
2. Measure individual cells voltages and write the readings down. If any cells has near to 0V voltage it could not
be recovered and should be replaced.
3. Precharge the cells with small current of 50...100mA to same voltage of about 3.5...3.9V and balance them as
precise as possible. Use Lab Power Supply or universal LiPo charger for it.
4. Request detailed diagram for usb-smbus adapter connection.
5. Install AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
6. Request unlocking session.
7. After job is done assemble the battery and charge it using standard DJI charger.
8. Check battery in the drone by flying at low height to check cells imbalances under load and battery capacity.
9. Upload test flight log to app,airdata.com and send me link for analysis.
